In celebration of the Netflix movie, the couple strolled the red carpet with three of their four kids.
Mark Wahlberg is commemorating the most precious union of all: family!
The actor, 53, was accompanied by his wife Rhea Durham, 46, and three of their four children: daughter Grace, 14, and sons Michael, 18, and Brendan, 15, at the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming Netflix film, The Union. The couple is also the parents of a 20-year-old daughter named Ella, who is presently enrolled in college.
On Friday, August 16, Wahlberg, who is paired with Halle Berry in the film, donned a navy blue blazer, black trousers, and a plain white t-shirt to grace the red carpet. His wife was clothed in a tan pencil skirt and a stylish black muscle tank.
In the forthcoming film, directed by Julian Farino, Wahlberg portrays a construction laborer named Mike. According to the synopsis, his “long-lost high school sweetheart, Roxanne (Berry), shows up with more on her mind than romance.”
“Knowing he’s the right man for the job, she recruits Mike on a dangerous intelligence mission in Europe that thrusts them back together into a world of spies and high-speed car chases, with sparks flying along the way,” the synopsis adds.
In an interview with Fox News Digital that was published on Tuesday, July 2, Wahlberg disclosed his intentions to collaborate with Berry and share the screen.
“…Halle, her and I have known each other for such a long time and this movie is going to be so great because it’s every guy’s fantasy, to think that they got a shot with Halle Berry,” he said. Halle Berry attends the Union Premier in Sheer Dress.
He conveyed that his marriage to his wife, which has been in existence since 2009, is still a work in progress “little weird anyway when you’re portraying some sort of romance onscreen.”
“It’s not normal, but my wife knows that she is my everything. She is the most special woman in the world,” he said.
The parents, who celebrated their 15th anniversary of marriage earlier this month, have had a couple of days to celebrate.
“Happy Anniversary, my Love. I love you to infinity and beyond and back again and again,” Durham wrote next to a series of selfies of her and her husband on Instagram.
The Union is scheduled to be released on Netflix on August 16.
