On Thursday, August 15, the 43-year-old founder of SKIMS was observed in New York City, wearing a seamless turtleneck bodycon dress and corresponding nude heels.
The look was completed by Kim Kardashian’s longstanding friend and hairstylist, Chris Appleton, who also styled her soft hair waves, rosy blush, and a nude lip. In order to enhance her appearance, the mother of four donned a yellow shearling messenger purse from ERL.
The $1,850 purse is crafted in California from the finest sheepskin hides and is made of “hand-aged shearling leather,” as stated on the brand’s website.
In May, Kim Kardashian’s daughter, 11, donned a custom design from the brand to participate in Disney’s live-to-film performance of The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
North performed the song “I Just Can’t Wait to be King” as a young Simba. She wore a custom furry zip-up sweatshirt with a shearling hood, coordinating shorts, stockings, and furry slippers.
ERL verified its involvement in the costume by posting images of North wearing it on Instagram. The post also featured images of her posing with her mother’s yellow shearling messenger bag and one of their shearling coats.
A few days later, Kardashian dressed some of the same garments to take her own Instagram photos.

The reality television personality discussed the evolution of her parenting approach in a recent episode of The Kardashians.
“I was just being really lenient because it was easier for me. I was like, ‘I can’t. I put my all into like everything else. This has to be my all times a million,’ ” she said while speaking in a confessional about becoming a stricter parent.
“I’m gonna have to go through the hard times of, like, whining and crying of, ‘Why are you changing the rules? I used to have my device all the time.’ I’m like, ‘No, it’s gonna be this way.’ So I just changed a lot of little things around my house. I’m basically turning into Kourtney and Khloé,” she said.
