Altered Carbon: A Netflix Series
As I mentioned previously, it’s a web TV series. The show is based on Richard K. Morgan’s novel “Altered Carbon”. Laeta Kalogridis created this shoe from the novel. The first season of the show came on-screen on 2nd February 2018. It has 2 seasons and 18 episodes. The second season came out on 27th February 2020.
The story of the show takes place 360 years later from now in the future. In that future world, human consciousness can be transferred in various bodies through implanting Cortical Disk in vertebrae. A former soldier Takeshi Kovacs needs to solve a murder case in that world. The story revolves around after that.

- Plot: Advanced sorry for this disappointment, but the plot of the third season is still a mystery. Although we can expect that Poe and Dig’s relationship will play as a major fact in this season.
- Cast: Interesting part is Will Yun Lee will come back as the original Takeshi Kovacs in the third season. Other casts that will surely reprise their roles are Chris Conner, Dina Shihabi, and Renee Elise Goldsberry. But we are not sure yet if Anthony Mackie is coming back or not though.
- Release Date: Fans needed to wait for two years for Altered Carbon’s second season after Season 1. But the problem is Netflix didn’t make any announcement about the show’s renewal for the third installment. However, looking at its popularity and previous seasons, we can assume that there is a chance that the third season of Altered Carbon will hit the screen in 2022.
