Veteran Host Regis Philbin passed away at the age of 88.
Regis Philbin Dies At 88
Popular American Host and Presenter Regis Philbin breathed his last on July 25. He was 88 and died of natural causes.

And the official statement released by his family reads,
”We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved Regis Philbin has passed away last night of natural causes”….. And in addition to that his family members also thanked his fans and admirers for their immense love and support throughout his showbiz career of 60 years.
Philbin's death is an irreparable loss for the American Television industry.
A Look At Philbin's Long Career
He began his career in television from NBC's ‘The Tonight Show” and has not looked back. Since then he was continued hosting several shows like ”The Regis Philbin Show”, ”The Joey Bishop Show”.

In 1983 he co-hosted ‘The Morning Show” on WABC and continued presenting numerous shows. As his communication skills with a touch of great humor was like by many.
And with time he became one of the most popular television presenters of the United States. Apart from television shows he has also hosted many beauty pageants.
Moreover he has also hosted ‘Who wants to be a Millionaire' and the ‘America's Got Talent' Season 1.
Interestingly he also holds the Guinness World Record for the most hours on U.S television.
A multi talented human being, Regis Philbin was also a singer and an author. And has some musical releases like ‘When you are Smiling', ‘It's time for Regis' and some other songs as well.
As an author he has penned two auto-biographies I'm Only One Man and Who Wants To Be Me?
Leaving behind his graceful legacy his death was mourned by many. The US President Donald Trump who had always been a good friend of Regis took to Twitter and offered his condolences.
