For WWE fans. It was business as usual recently. They had WrestleMania to look forward to this weekend and it definitely provided a nice break from all the goings-on in the world. The coronavirus pandemic cast a massive shadow on this event, too. Many people were wondering if WWE would delay it to avoid any issues.

Shaky Build-Up To The Event Of WrestleMania

They didn’t delay it ultimately, but they did have to make a lot of changes in the build-up to this massive event. The biggest adjustment they had to make was due to Roman Reigns dropping out.

The wrestler decided that he would not participate in this year’s WrestleMania due to his concerns regarding the pandemic. On top of that, they had to rework and change the lineup of fights nearly every single day. They also had to take the bold decision of holding all the fights of WrestleMania behind closed doors.

WrestleMania: Behind Closed Doors

This makes the 2020 iteration of WrestleMania the first in history to take place with absolutely no one in the audience. Even with all these factors in consideration, the event did take place, though. We’ve only had the first night of the two-day event so far.

WrestleMania 2020 was originally going to take place in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, but it ended up being moved to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando instead.

After a lot of trash talk, these two finally came to blows. Lynch ultimately took the win, with Baszler unable to pull off her finishers
