The plot
Hiro Ainana’s Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody is a Japanese light novel series. It was serialized online starting in 2013 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shsetsuka ni Nar until Fujimi Shobo bought it. In March of 2014, the first volume of the Light Novel was released.
Ichiro Suzuki, a 29-year-old game programmer, was charged with correcting many issues in two massively multiplayer online role-playing games that his firm is preparing for release. However, because he works on weekends, he becomes exceedingly exhausted.
But one day, he rises up in a parallel universe that looks a lot like the fantasy RPG settings he worked on as a 15-year-old named Satou.
What happens next is quite funny.
An army of lizardmen ambushes him and starts an all-out attack on him before he can comprehend his present position.
He utilizes all three of his unique ‘Meteor Rain’ attack choices at once in desperation (a fast patch he made to the game for novice players that kills all opponents in the vicinity) and wipes them out, killing a deity in the process.
