1. Aaron Donald –

In our list of Strongest NFL players we consider Aaron Donald at first rank. Aaron is an LA Rams player and he plays defensive tackle. Over past years he has a record of 29.5 sacks and 66 tackles.

At the age of 14 Donald had already aspired to become an athlete as he trained for 2 hours every day with his father.

At first, he began with high school football and continued to play college football in Pittsburg. He created a name for himself as one of the best defensive players in the NCAA.

He does workouts like squats, lifts, dead lifting, bench press, lower weight, arm exercises, abs and crunches.

Donald has also won the title of the ACC Defensive Player of the Year. He started his professional career in 2014 and he signed a four years contract with the RAMS worth $10.13 million.

2. Adrian Peterson –

Adrian Peterson is born in Palestine, Texas and he was also a college star athlete. He got into the sports after he witnessed his brother’s death and used sports as a coping mechanism. Adrian  has a rough childhood, however it didn’t stopped him from being one of the best strongest NFL players of now.

He loves to do stretching exercises with a supervised mentor and he believes in eating clean and maintaining a healthy diet. He goes to gym at least five times in a week and does intense training.

3. Bobby Wagner –

Bobby Wagner plays for the Seattle Seahawks of the NFL. He began his career playing college football at Utah State. At the time of second round of the Seahawks, he was drafted in 2012.

Bobby is also called as the king of consistency and he is consistent with his exercise such as boxing sessions, yoga, martial arts, swimming and massage for avoiding getting injured.

4. Connor Barwin –

Connor Barwin is a former linebacker and football executive and he serves as Philadelphia Eagles’s special assistant.

Connor has played college football for Cincinnati and Houston Texans where he kicked off his NFL beginning. In the second round, Houston Texans selected Barwin  because of injury, he shifted to an outside backline.

In 2013, he was confirmed for a contract with Philadelphia Eagles for $36 million. Bobby announced his retirement in 2019 and he rejoined Eagles as a special assistant to general manager Howie Roseman on 17th of January 2020.

5. DK Metcalf

Metcalf was recognized by Rivals.com as a wide receiver in his high school football days because of his outstanding records.

During his college football days, Metcalf suffered an injury that caused a suspension in his career. However, he continued playing again in 2017.

It was in the 2019 NFL Draft that he was confirmed to play. The Seattle Seahawks extended a $4.6 million contract to Metcalf for four years, which he happily obliged.
