Later she took admission to the University of Southern Mississippi by getting an athletic scholarship and received an interdisciplinary degree in psychology and social work.
She won and qualified for several competitions in her college years. She was a member of the Southern Miss Golden Eagles and the NCAA Division I team. And even she participated in Conference USA indoors and Conference USA outdoors.
She won the bronze medal in 100m in 2015 as well as the 2017 World Championship and silver medal in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
She was successfully able to grab the top 4 positions in different world championships and Olympic games.

The 3-time Olympic medallist and world champion in Sprints and long jumps, Tori Bowie, was declared dead by her management company and USA Track and Field on Tuesday.
After no sign of the present for several days the police officials were called to a home in the 5400 block of Bowman Drive in the afternoon for a welfare check.
But according to the Orange County Sheriff’s office, she was found dead in her house.

Cause of Death of Tori Bowie
The athlete was found and declared dead on Tuesday when officials went to her home for a security welfare check around 1 pm.
The reason behind the death of Tori is not revealed yet by the officials but might be shared after a complete and proper investigation.
The agency even said no signs of foul play were found there. So as of now, the cause and manner of death are not clear but we will update this article as soon as the reason is revealed.
