Kanye West made an unexpected cameo at the 2022 BET Awards on Sunday night. He was there to award Sean “Diddy” Combs with a Lifetime Achievement Award, and he did it while wearing one of his distinctive face masks.
This covering, on the other hand, did not have any type of ventilation, and watchers at home could tell that the rap superstar was finding it difficult to get through his speech while wearing the style. Ye topped the disguise with a pair of black sunglasses for an even more clandestine image.
“Kanye West is about to pass out on stage while wearing his badass mask and attire,” said the audience member. One person wrote, “He breathing heavy af,” while another made light of the situation by saying, “Kanye West is up there breathing like Darth Vador with this mask on.”

The Grammy winner, who is 45 years old, hid not only his face but also his entire body by donning an unusual mask, which he accessorised with a leather bomber jacket from Hood by Air (which cost $1,800), waterskiing gloves (which cost $39), and Balenciaga Steroid Boots (which cost $1,590).
