Fans of anime have been waiting patiently for any new about Violet Evergarden Season 2. It’s easy to understand why. First off, it has incredible animation. You could simply Google the show right now and every single still frame you’d come across has this warm glow that makes it wonderful to look at.
Violet Evergarden Season 2 Is Hotly Anticipated
Another reason for its popularity is that it’s on Netflix. The streaming service has an incredible library of anime titles. That’s really helping give more visibility to shows that otherwise may not get the attention they deserve.
The show’s first season has 13 episodes in total. They originally aired all the way back in 2018. Here’s what the show’s description reads like on Netflix:
“The war is over, and Violet Evergarden needs a job. Scarred and emotionless, she takes a job as a letter writer to understand herself and her past.”
Kyoto Animation Adapted The Violet Evergarden Manga
So, fans of the show who first caught it when it came out have had to wait a long time without any concrete news about Violent Evergarden Season 2. The show is based on author Kana Akatsuki and illustrator Akiko Takase’s work. Kyoto Animation is the studio responsible for bringing it to life in anime form.
Even now, though, there’s no word on Violet Evergarden Season 2, though. However, that doesn’t mean Violet Evergarden fans have nothing to watch. They could, of course, rewatch the show’s first season. A good show never truly gets old, and this one’s no exception.

Netflix tweeted out that the movie is now available on its platform. So, if you’re looking for more of this show, you don’t even have to look very far.
