Venom 2
Venom 2 is an upcoming American superhero film. It is based on the Marvel Comics character, Venom. We all saw Venom in the original Spider-Man 3 Movie back in 2007. Furthermore, Columbia Pictures in association with Marvels Entertainment has produced Venom 2.
Andy Serkis is the director of the film. The plan to make Venom 2 was decided at the time when Venom was in production in early 2018. Since then, the production house was assured that the movie will have a sequel as well.
Release Date And Cast
The filming of it began in November 2019. Furthermore, the filming finished in early April 2020. Venom 2 will officially release on 2nd October 2020. Moreover, Columbia Pictures said that the release date will not be affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
However, if the situation worsens and the world continues to be in lockdown, only then shall the movie be released later. But to date, it is believed that the situation will be much better in the next six to seven months.
It will cast celebrities like Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock. He will play the role of Venom and therefore is the protagonist of the movie. After his amazing performance in the role of Venom in the first movie, the directors decided to carry on with him taking up the role.
Furthermore, we will also see Woody Harelson as Cletus Kasady, Michelle Williams as Anne Weying, Reid Scott as Dan Lewis, Naomie Harris as Shriek, and many more. The rest of the cast will be announced upon the movie's arrival in October 2020.

The trailer is not out yet. Furthermore, it is believed that the trailer will come out in September or October 2020. Till then, we will have to wait to see what will happen in Venom 2.
Also, it is believed that the new movie will have a completely new storyline than the previous Venom movie.
