Uncharted is a game available on PlayStation which is now being made into a movie.
Introduction
As the world suffers from the global health crisis that has put a break to the normal lifestyle of humans, the entertainment industry is also reeling badly under it. With one after another delay in the release dates, the Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg “Uncharted” that has almost hit rock bottom.
Right from the beginning, the movie has had its own share of discrepancies, in spite of having an amazing cast. The movie is very very unlucky and now the delay in its filming is like the final nail in the coffin. The filming was about to begin in Berlin, Germany this April but the pandemic Covid-19 is engulfing everything that’s coming its way.

Why Uncharted Called Unlucky? (Uncharted Movie)
As mentioned earlier, even with a talented cast the film has not become a reality. Based on the widely popular video game series by the same name, this movie had seen a train of directors entering and leaving it in their respective destinations with no one completing the journey.
There were around six directors who signed for the project one after another but left it halfway or even without starting. Starting from “Stranger Things ” Shawn Levy to “10 Cloverfield Lane’s” Dan Trachtenberg none of them completed the project. It’s quite doubtful whether the film is actually going to happen or not.
Who’s The New Director And The Cast? (Uncharted Movie)
As of now, Venom’s Ruben Fleischer is holding the current director seat and we hope he is the final. Till now there had been six directors.
The film will star Spider-Man’s Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, Antonio Banderas, Tati Gabrielle, and Sophia Allen. It was set to hit theaters on March 5, 2021, but it’s likely this pre-production delay will affect that.
Tom Holland On The Movie
Spiderman star Tom Holland was all praise for the movie which he said has an amazing script. He also said that he was impressed with the story. And that motivated him to be a part of the Uncharted journey. The script is written by Hollywood duo Art Marcum and Matt Holloway. Both of them have successful films like “The Transformers: The Last Knight”, “Men In Black: International Together ” under their names.
