Updates On The Release Date

In a recent statement made by Paramount Pictures, the company announced that the movie would release two days prior. It meant that the movie would come out on a Wednesday and not on Friday. The current release date is 24 June 2020.

What is the reason behind this move? According to reports In the Heights comes out that Friday and is expected to be a big hit. The movie was supposed to be competition for Top Gun. This is possibly the reason behind the move.

To add to this change in date is the outbreak of the Coronavirus in 2019. This outbreak will affect the business of the movies in East Asian countries where the outbreak is widespread.

Will Post Production Be Affected

The change in date is only for two days. It will likely affect the post-production. However, the effect on post-production will be minor.
