HollywoodLife says that Billy Miller has died at the age of 43. The Young and the Restless and General Hospital star died two days before he would have turned 44 on September 17.
A cause of death has not yet been given, but a statement from his team says that he was “suffering from manic depression” at the time of his death.
As soon as the news hit the news, the late actor’s former co-stars and other people who cared about him didn’t wait to post memories on social media. “It makes me very sad to hear that Billy Miller has died. All of us who were lucky enough to know him will remember his warmth and charm for the rest of our lives. I’m going to miss that sly smile. “Love you, Billy,” tweeted actress Eileen Davidson with a picture of the two of them.
“Billy, my brother from Texas. Your smile made every room brighter. Your quiet intensity on-screen was only matched by your gentle kindness and true care off-screen,” actor Michael Muhney wrote on Twitter with a photo of the two of them.
Billy’s sad death happened after he had won three Daytime Emmy Awards for his roles in soap shows. One was for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and the other two were for Outstanding Supporting Actors in a Drama Series. From 2008 to 2014, the skilled actor played Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless. From 2014 to 2019, he played Jason Morgan and Drew Cain on General Hospital.
Billy grew up in Grand Prairie, TX. In 2006, he made his acting debut on an episode of CSI: NY, which was the start of a great acting career. After that, he got the chance to play Richie Novak on All My Children from 2007 to 2008. He has also been in Ringer, Suits, Ray Donovan, and Truth Be Told, among other shows. He was also in a few movies, like American Sniper, and owned several bars and restaurants in Los Angeles for a long time.
Billy’s mother, Patricia, sister, Megan, brother-in-law, Ronnie, nephew, Grayson, and niece, Charley, are the only people who still care about him.
