For the Olympic Games in 2024, Beyoncé is providing a significant boost!

The 32-time Grammy winner, who is now 42 years old, stunned millions of fans on Friday, July 26, when she welcomed Team USA during NBCUniversal’s primetime broadcast of the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

The video, which is around two minutes and thirty seconds long, has Beyoncé remixing her hit “YA YA” from her Cowboy Carter album with the assistance of some of the most talented athletes from the United States represented.

“Hello, girls,” the superstar said.

“Hello, Beyoncé,” members of the women’s gymnastics team — including Jade Carey, Sunisa “Suni” Lee, Simone Biles,  Jordan Chiles and Hezly Rivera — replied.

In preparation for the tournament, the professional athletes were dressed in bodysuits of a navy blue color. The men’s gymnastics team, which consists of Fred Richard, Brody Malone, Paul Juda, Asher Hong, and Stephen Nedoroscik, was the next group to compete against each other.

“Oui oui, Paris,” the “Jolene” artist said, adding, “We snappin.’”

In addition, the native of Houston sported a cowboy hat and a kaftan that made a statement by having the Olympic rings embroidered on the back. A white bodysuit with the word “USA” inscribed in blue and highlighted in red was worn underneath her. It was positioned across her breast.

“We wanna welcome you to the 2024 Summer Olympic games! Ah!” Beyoncé said as the music grew stronger. “On behalf of Team USA, we ‘gon make it do what it do, YA YA! Put them hands together!”

Beyoncé accepts the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards’ Innovator Award. The media claim that Beyoncé’s new country song exposes the racial “exclusion” of Black musicians in the genre.

Team USA members Caeleb Dressel, LeBron James, Katie Ledecky, Noah Lyles, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Sha’Carri Richardson, and others made cameos.

Beyoncé danced to the songs as everyone clapped and rocked.

“Get a look at America, y’all,” she said. “These hopes and dreams, these superstars that represent us.”

As she spoke, additional athletes with American flags appeared on screen.

“That pride, and that joy, that’s what gets me about this team. And that’s what makes me believe in this team. And that’s why I can’t wait to see what they pull off over these next 16 days. America, give it up for Team USA, the very best of who we are.”

Before the clip ended, there was a video montage of different Olympic qualifiers competing in various sports before they earned their place at the Paris Games.

“What a vision to behold. What a team to believe in. What a night to celebrate,” Beyoncé concluded.

Team USA’s Instagram account dubbed the surprise introduction as the “#Beylympics.”

For the Opening Ceremony, over 90 boats carrying thousands of athletes from across the world flowed by thousands of onlookers on the River Seine.
