Each episode of Season 4 of Stranger Things will be longer than 60 minutes, with some episodes clocking in at an hour and a half and the season finale clocking in at a whopping 2.5 hours.
The production of the second season of Stranger Things has been delayed by more than three years, but it appears that we will be given a substantial amount of compensation.
Netflix has previously disclosed the running times of all nine episodes that will be included in the upcoming fourth season of the show, which is set to release on May 27, 2022.
Excuse me, but did you say episodes? We were referring to movies! mostly due to the fact that the duration of this season of Stranger Things will be an astounding 13 hours.

There is not a single episode that is shorter than an hour, two of them are close to an hour and a half, and the season finale clocks in at a full two and a half hours. It does not appear that we will be able to complete the series in one weekend, regardless of how much binge-watching we have planned for this particular season of the show.

The duration of each episode in the fourth season of Stranger Things
1 hour and 16 minutes were allotted for the first episode of The Hellfire Club.
The length of time spent on Episode 2, “Vecna’s Curse,” is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
1 hour and 3 minutes are allotted for the viewing of Episode 3, “The Monster and the Superhero.”
The runtime for Episode 4 of Dear Billy is 1 hour and 17 minutes.

The fourth season of Stranger Things is split into two parts.
The most perceptive viewers will have noted that the fourth season of this show contains 9 episodes as opposed to the normal 8, but it is not the only thing that will be different.
Netflix will divide it up into two volumes, each of which will be made available on its own. Volume 1 will be released on May 27 and will contain the first seven episodes of the series.
However, the final two chapters that makeup Volume 2 will not see the light of day until July 1 of this year. Due to the fact that they have spent 30 million dollars on each episode, the Duffer brothers have expressed their desire to turn the series finale into a memorable event. Check your work.
In any event, the conclusion of Stranger Things after its fourth season will not signify the series’ permanent end. There is yet hope for the fifth season of the critically acclaimed show on Netflix.
