Stacy Snyder is providing a significant life update.

In an Instagram video posted on Wednesday, Aug. 28, the 35-year-old Love Is Blind alum disclosed that she is queer.

In the video, she is depicted seated at a table, as a variety of rumors circulate around her, including “she’s single again,” “she has a boyfriend,” and “she’s irrelevant.”

The video briefly distorts before Stacy discloses her truth, and the phrase “SHE’S HAPPY” is displayed in all capitals.

Simultaneously, a woman of mystery approaches and caresses Stacy, who is gleaming from ear to ear.

Caption added by Stacy: “Surprise! #🌈.”

In the post’s comment area, Stacy’s fellow Love Is Blind stars encouraged her, despite the fact that she remained mum on who her new partner really.

Chelsea Blackwell wrote, “You go girl!!!!!❤️,” and Laura Dadisman added, “Happy looks good on you babe 🩷.”

Additionally, Zanab Jaffrey wrote, “Girlllllll we need a catchup! I’m glad to see you smiling ❤️ #lovelove.” Nancy Rodriguez said, “🤍🤍 nothing but the best for my gal!” in response.

In season five of Love Is Blind, Stacy played a key role and got engaged to Izzy Zapata in the pods. Even though they reached the altar in the epilogue and Izzy said “yes” to marrying Stacy formally, she declined, claiming that their main problem was a lack of time.

Despite giving off the impression that they were getting along well and could possibly try dating again, Izzy subsequently came out for Stacy, saying to the cameras in a confessional interview, “It’s like she’s always trying to find something wrong.”

When asked why he changed his mind so fast, Izzy said that when he was being questioned by producers, it all started to click.

“I’m sitting there and I’m getting my questions asked to me, I’m like, ‘Damn. F— this. This is s—ty.’ I was so hurt that I finally just let my emotions sit in,” he said in October 2023.

In October of last year, Stacy also said that she was “surprised” by Izzy’s outburst, but she didn’t put all the responsibility on him.

“Of course he’s going to be emotional,” she acknowledged at the time. “Did I like what he said? No, but I know why he said it. He was hurt. I know him and I know he was hurt. I don’t believe the things that he said. I don’t think he believes the things that he said. And I think he was genuinely just hurt.”
