Selena Gomez genuinely like Ariana Grande‘s songs!
During her guest DJ set on SiriusXM Hits 1 on Wednesday, the 31-year-old actress from Only Murders in the Building gushed about how the 30-year-old singer of “Thank U, Next” has a back library of songs that constantly make her feel good.
Gomez acknowledged, “This is another song I love, Ariana Grande,” prior to playing the 2019 single “7 Rings” by Grande. I can’t have any fun without Ariana’s music.”
The creator of Rare Beauty continued, “I feel so empowered, and I think she is incredible, and I just have so much fun.” She was speaking of her fellow pop star. “I suppose people notice that I’m the girl who plays Ariana all the time, but I enjoy it! I believe she is great.
Over three years after the release of her most recent album Positions, Grande made a triumphant comeback on Friday with the release of a lively new single titled “Yes, And?,” along with a corresponding music video.
The “Dangerous Woman” hitmaker posted a humorous preview on Instagram before to the song’s release, featuring a number of individuals chatting about her return.

“Very exclusive, ordinary Ari,” remarked one, and “I think I liked her better when her ponytail was a few centimeters higher,” noted another.
Another person chimed in, “Well I read it on the internet so it must be true,” as others jumped in to discuss the rumors surrounding Grande, who is reportedly dating actor Ethan Slater.
Gomez said earlier this week in an Instagram Story that she was “focusing on what really matters” and “taking a break from social media for a while.”
The text was put over a picture of producer Benny Blanco, her new partner, lying outside and having fun with two tiny kids.
In December, the couple announced their romance to the world. In the midst of the new romance, Gomez is “super happy and present,” a source told PEOPLE earlier this month.
Gomez reappeared on Instagram just one day after declaring her social media hiatus to promote a joint culinary video on her Story with chef Gordon Ramsay.
The Selena + Chef star and the renowned chef,57, prepared a breakfast burger with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and other ingredients in the 14-minute video.
