See Recap Before See Season 3

Before we go into Season 3 of See, let’s take a look back at what the show is all about. The plot opens with the demolition of the majority of people from the planet, which is attributed to a viral disaster in the twenty-first century. The survivors of this unprecedented onslaught, expected to number in the millions, will lose their vision in future generations.

The series is set several centuries later. We get to experience a new civilization that has worked out how to live and connect without the use of their sight. Vision or visibility is a made-up story or myth for the people who dwell here. Maghra, a pregnant lady, seeks refuge and shelter in the mountains from the Alkenny tribe. Alkenny’s leader, Baba Voss, is unable to produce children, so he marries Maghra and becomes the father of Maghra’s children.
Maghra’s biological father, Jerlamarel, is reported to be born with the power to see.

See Season 3

See, Season 3 got renewed for See Season 3 in June 2021 on Apple TV+. What are your thoughts? The producers not only confirmed the renewal, but they also revealed that filming for See Season 3 had already begun in May. The most current update from the Season 3 set is that filming for the next episode has already started. The show’s creator, Jonathan Tropper, has stated that production for the third part has wrapped in Toronto, Canada. Isn’t this amazing? It does, really. This clearly implies that See Season 3 will be available on our screens in 2022, which may be sooner than we think.

See Season 3 Cast

Each season of See moves the narrative further, with fresh twists, turns, and advancements in each chapter. As a consequence, See Season 3‘s main cast is set to remain unchanged. This implies that Jason Momoa will return to the role of Alkenny Chief Baba Voss. On the other hand, Dave Bautista’s role as Edo Voss finished in the second season and will not return in Season 3.

Sylvia Hoeks would resume her role as Payan Kingdom Queen Sibeth Kane. Herra Hilmer is likely to return as Maghra Kane. Archie Madekwe and Nesta Cooper would return as Kofun and Haniwa, the children of Maghra and Jerlamarel who Baba Voss adopted.

It’s possible that Joshua Henry will play Jerlamarel, although it seems unlikely. Despite having minimal screen time, the search for ‘differently-abled’ people in a visionless world begins because of him. Let’s see if any more names are added to this list.

Season 3 Plot: What Can We Expect?

In the second season, Baba Voss and his family were reconciled. At the end of the season, Baba Voss kills Edo, his own brother. Following this incident, he is given the option to join the Pennsa army, but he rejects and abandons his family. As a result, we expect Baba Voss to play a minor role in See Season 3, and this prediction is bolstered by the fact that Jason Momoa’s share of See Season 3 filming wrapped considerably sooner than others.

See Maghra, Queen Kane, Kofun, and Haniwa are most likely to appear in Season 3. A Season 3 hint has been disclosed, hinting at the birth of a child as a result of Queen Kane and Kofun’s marriage. See Season 3  may reveal more about this child’s destiny and take a different turn. It will be interesting to watch how Queen Kane unfolds. Furthermore, See Season 3 is expected to patch up and tie up loose ends from the previous season.
