Indiana State Police and local authorities executed a warrant to search the Logansport residence of Bryson Muir, 14, on Wednesday morning. According to a statement from the state police, Muir was discovered alive. On June 16, Bryson was last observed departing his grandmother’s residence in Ohio.
Obstruction of justice and domestic battery are the charges against Daniel Muir. Police have also charged his wife, Kristin Muir, with obstruction.
Last Monday, Cheryl Wright, the mother of Kristin Muir, disclosed to the NBC station WTHR of Indianapolis that she had complied with the request of her grandson’s parents and picked him up in Toledo, Ohio. Sunday was the day that the silver alert was issued, and it stated that Bryson was believed to be “missing and endangered.”
