About the Raid 3
Raid is an Indonesian Action Thriller Film, written and directed by Gareth Evans under the production of Ario Sagantoro.
The film was first aired on 8th September 2011 at a special screening at the 36th annual Toronto International Film Festival, in Toronto, Canada with a runtime of approximately 100 minutes.
Raid made a remarkable collection of $9.3 million at the domestic Box Office with a budget of $1.1 million. The sequel of Raid was also released in 2014 and both the films displayed the Martial Art of Indonesia in its traditional form.

Plot of Raid 3
The story begins with Rama, a Rookie Brimob Officer and his companions coming to raid a 30 storey building in Jakarta with the mission of killing a wanted criminal, Tama.
Tama is the owner of the building where he hideously commits all sorts of illicit activities with the help of Andy and Mad Dog and also provides shelter to other criminals.
Rama and his team must seize his hideout before he runs away with Andy and Mad Dog. What strategy do they adopt to catch the heinous criminal ? Will they be able to succeed in their mission? While talking to the Empire Spoiler Special Podcast,Director Gareth Evans expressed his disinterest in season 3 and revealed that he has other big projects in the pipeline and is in no mood to go back to work on Raid 3.
Well, that’s certainly a justified reason on his part but the film’s loyal fans’ would surely have had their hearts broken with Gareth’s revelation.
