Netflix has an incredible library of content that spans various genres, periods, subjects and even languages. This level of choice is great, but sometimes, too much choice does become overwhelming. So, Netflix tries to simplify things. They recommend TV shows, movies, documentaries, etc. based on your interests.
They also have a series of highlights at the very top of the homepage, as well as a top 10 list that is updated daily. Your watch history also informs what Netflix may recommend to you next under the “Because you watched” section.
