New year comes with bigger challenges and opportunities. Many popular Anime such as the rushing of the shield hero, the promised Neverland were scheduled to release with a new season. However, Covid-19 pandemic forced producers to postpone these Anime series to 2021.

The Rising Of The Shield Hero
First released as a light novel series, The Rising Of The Shield Hero was adapted to a Manga series. Then came the Anime series in 2019.
After releasing 25 episodes in the first quarter of 2019, everyone was expecting to see its second season in 2020. However, the Covid-19 pandemic forced DR Movie to postpone the scheduled release of The Rising of The Shield Hero season 2 to 2021.
As for the season 1, it ended with quite an interesting twist. In the Anime series, Naofumi Iwatani ended up with a shield. Initially assumed as a useless device, the shield turned out to be a great piece of equipment in tidious situations.
The Promised Neverland – Season 2
After blockbuster opening to the promised Neverland Anime, everyone was expecting to see its second season in 2020 . The promised Neverland season 2 was expected to begin from where the we left off the first season.
The promised Neverland Anime started by following its three main characters Emma, Roy and Norman. They were living their to life to the fullest. However, one day, they learn a secret concerning their orphanage.
The orphanage where they live together is actually s farm. Here children are raised only to get killed by demons. And now, it’s their turn. So, they attempt to escape from the orphanage with the rest of the children.
After many failed attempts, they got a huge success in escaping the huge orphanage walls only to get stuck in a stranded forest.
In the second season of The Promised Neverland Norman, Roy & Emma will decide to break out of the Grace Field House.
Now, in terms of intelligence, Norman is the most intelligent one out of the three He instantly finds out Ray is spying for Isabella. So, as a result of this, Norman makes a few back-up plans & escape routes.
However, nothing he could do to avoid his fateful death. He was forced an adoption before his 12th birthday.
Later Ray, Gilda, Emma, and Don rescues the escaped children & at the same time following the hidden clue.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement
The seven deadly sins tells the story of Elizabeth (third Princess of liones) and 7 legendary knights or most commonly known as seven deadly sins. is the 4th season of the shounen anime series, The Seven Deadly Sins. In order to keep their people safe, these seven legendary knights fights off against the holy knights who have defected from the kingdom of liones and the demon armies.
Even after countless battles between the demon forces, and the seven knights, the war isn’t expected to end any anytime soon.
In the seven deadly sins season 4, we’re expecting to witness a deadly fight between meliodas (Seven deadly sins leader), and his father (the demon king).
Meliodas will look to defeat his father and become the next demon king to put an end to the never ending battles between the seven deadly sins and the demon armies. Hence, safeguarding and protecting Elizabeth and the kingdom of liones.
The releasing pattern for Seven Deadly Sins is quite complicated. Japanese viewers consider the fourth season as the third one. However, Netflix considers the extra episodes after season 1 as season 2. Also, the show airs first in Japan then comes to Netflix. Therefore, there is no fixed release date for season 4 yet.
However, the excitement around the show and the hype for the new season is telling us that the show will be back soon. We can expect it to air in 2020 for sure.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation
You’re lucky if you’ve got second chance at life. In the Anime world, that’s Mushoku Tense of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation for you. He’s a 34-year-old unemployed longer who has been given a new chance at life as he reborns as an infant named Rudeus Greyrat.

Once Rudeus grows up, he bonds with his childhood friends Sylphiette, young demon teacher Roxy and skillful swordswoman Eris.
As an entry in the modern isekai genre, Mushoku Tensei falls short in terms of storytelling, in particular pacing and world-building. It’s hard to care about the rather shallow and bland characters.

Re: Zero Starting Life in Another World follows the story of Subaru Natsuki, a 17-year-old recluse and gamer. One day, Subaru is mysteriously transported to a fantasy world where he encounters Emilia when she tries to save him from muggers.
Although Subaru later dies during the attack, he was able to resurrect himself due to his special ability, “Return by Death”. It allows him to change how events are played out every time he dies. Every time Subaru gets revived, only he will remember what happened in the previous timeline while everyone else’s consciousness will be reset.
Due to Emilia’s act of kindness towards him, Subaru vowed to help her succeed in her goal of becoming the land’s ruler.
The new season picks up from where the 1st left off – Subaru and Emilia are currently stuck in the forest where they have to clear 3 trials successfully in order to escape.
