In this modern world, we can’t even imagine a day without computers, laptops. And smartphones. When it’s about computers and PCs the first thing that comes to our mind is Microsoft windows. Without it, our Laptops and computers are almost immobile. Unfortunately, Microsoft Windows 10’s 2018 updated version made some trouble. But it seems that Microsoft is not going to end this problem so soon.

It will be rare if anyone doesn’t know about MS Windows nowadays. But still, we are giving a brief intro for those who don’t know. Microsoft Windows, commonly known as Windows is a group of proprietary graphical operating systems. Needless to say, Microsoft developed this software. Its initial release was on 20th November 1985 as 1.0 version. Its latest update is 1909 (10.0.18363.752) that was released on 24th March 2020.  Microsoft Windows is available in 138 languages.

After introducing the first operating system, MS Windows is almost dominating the PC market across the globe. It has a 90% share in the market. However, it loses its place after Android came to the market in 2014. But still, there are numerous numbers of servers that use MS Windows. It even has a specialized version for Xbox One video consoles also.

Microsoft May Not End Troubled Windows 10 October 2018 Update

As we already faced it so we know that the October 2018 update of Windows 10 has so many issues. It is most-probably Microsoft’s most problematic update till now. Normally they support any update for 18 months. But a recent announcement says that this update will extend to November 2020. It means it will remain for two years to be exact.

However, Microsoft stated that they would work on it after “evaluating the public health situation” that indicates the Coronavirus pandemic. But we can suggest that it is still not safe to install Windows 10 October 2018 Update.
