A new facility of Microsoft in Atlanta has been announced along with a job vacancy for 1500 tech jobs. The tech giant invests an amount of $75 million for the facility. Besides, the office will be open by the summer of 2021. Governor Brian Kemp said that he is confident in the fact that their tech talent and education pipeline will be an asset for Microsoft.
He also thanked Microsoft for the partnership and added that they are laser-focused on providing better jobs for talented and hardworking Georgians. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the facility will be in 523,000 square feet at the Atlantic Station.

Microsoft New Facility Will Be A Client-Facing Workplace
The new Microsoft facility in Atlanta used as a client-facing workplace. It focused on Artificial Intelligence, cloud services, and retail space. A site-selection consultant John Boyd said that big companies are seeking for the talent pipeline produced by Georgia Tech.
Boyd noted Georgia Tech as a leading part in many of the tech-based projects. Besides, the facilities of big companies like Microsoft and Google can elevate an area’s reputation. After all, this is not the first time Microsoft doing something ion Atlanta. They collaborated lately with Morehouse College to provide Surface tablets for newly enrolled students.
Beyond all, they also approached to create a healthcare technology innovation center in Midtown. Besides, the company already has roots in Atlanta. Microsoft has a training center and sales office in Alpharetta and downtown. It also includes Microsoft stores at Lenox Square and Perimeter Mall.
