A feature allowing 50 participants in one video call was already on the talk for WhatsApp by Facebook. It was after the great success of the Zoom application during the lockdown and everything. Users can jump straight from WhatsApp to the other application and make use of the new feature. Although, it is not available for every WhatsApp users yet. The Messenger Rooms will be available for everyone if the first test becomes a success. What makes it special is that you never need a Facebook account to join the call. The maximum participants limit upgraded to 8 from 4.
