On February 21, 1955, Allen Kelsey Grammer was born to Sally and Frank Allen Grammer, Jr. in Saint Thomas, which is located in the United States Virgin Islands. Grammer was reared in New Jersey and Florida by his mother as well as his mother’s parents and grandparents.
