Following in the footsteps of “Pirates of the Caribbean”, the upcoming adventure film of Disney is a movie is based on one of the most-loved rides of the Disneyland, the Jungle Cruise.
The movie is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and stars Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.
What Is The Plot Of The Movie?
The movie is a periodical. Set in the 20th century, it focuses on a female scientist who ironically believes an old myth about the Amazon to be true.
There’s an ancient tale that talks of a tree in the heart of the Amazon, the Tree of Life it has been called. The tree is supposedly magical, with its flowers having unique healing powers. The myth also states that an arrowhead is the key that unlocks the hidden tree.
The scientist, played by Blunt, is convinced that the story is true once she finds the arrowhead. Determined to use the flowers to save lives, she heads towards the Amazon to find it.
The Rock has played the character of a captain of a cruise boat and the tourist guide. His ride is popular for being the cheapest. He had, a long time ago, also tried to find the tree, but is convinced that it doesn’t exist.
The two somehow end up together on their adventure. But they’re not the only one in search of it. Will they be able to find the tree?
When Will The Movie Hit The Theatres?
The movie is set to release globally on July 24th, 2020.

Yesterday, on March 10th, Dwayne Johnson uploaded another trailer of the upcoming movie on Youtube.

The trailer gives us a more vivid picture of what their adventure is going to look like. We find out that Johnson, who has searched for the traces of the legend for years, is convinced that looking for the tree is like looking for something that isn’t there.
The forest of Amazon is beautiful, but it is also mysterious and dangerous, with new threats waiting at every step of the way. In addition to the dangers of the Amazon are the dangers of their competitors, ones they’re not really aware of.
The two must tread carefully.
