One of the very few luxuries we can indulge in, during quarantine, is watching movies, TV series, documentaries ET Cetra .
And thankfully enough Netflix has brought with it, a handful of new anime and manga series. Phew!
One-punch man, Bleach, Devilman Crybaby, Violet Evergarden and Haikyuu are a few bang-on series you can dive into!
And since I’m supposed to be writing about Haikyuu and Haikyuu alone, let me brief you about what the story is, in actuality.
So basically Haikyuu, written by Haruichi Furudate, is a dramedy, first released on the 6th of April,2014.
The manga series was illustrated by the writer himself, was published first in Jump NEXT! Magazine.
The manga series in which this animated series is based is written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate and was published in Jump NEXT! Magazine.
It’d be absolutely undeterred to say it had grossed a million views worldwide and had become an enormous hit.
The first season with 25 episodes in totality was pretty well received. The second season was telecasted on the 4th of October, 2015.
The third was aired on the 8th of October, 2016. The fourth season, however, was released 4 years later, on the 10th of January,2020, having only 12 episodes so far.
Although, it is reported that a second part of the 4th season is going to be released sometime in the near future before they proceed with Season 5.
Thankfully enough for the fans, the 5th season is going to have 25 episodes just like the initial ones.
Good news for everyone who was pragmatically sad on getting to see only 12 episodes this season. *winks*
It is supposed to release sometime in 2020 itself. But, given, the condition right about now, I barely think any progression can be made whatsoever.
What To Expect (Haikyuu)
Japan has always been a top-shot when it came to creating believable cartoons reverberating our lives.
Similarly, Haikyuu follows the life of the protagonist, Shoyo Hinata, a teenager, who although short, has a knack for Volleyball.
He is immensely dedicated and follows one of the eligible players of the Volleyball team, whose name is Little Giant.
Season 5 would show how Hinata goes to Karasuno High School to learn Volleyball and even qualifies for nationals!
Meaning, Shoyo Hinata is going to work it up with Kageyama and fight mortal combat in order to win glory!
Let’s see what else Haikyuu brings with it this time!
