Emma Lovewell’s family has grown by one more!

The 36-year-old Peloton teacher announced the good news on social media after welcoming her first child with fiancé Dave Clark.

“Baby girl Skylar 💫 finally arrived, healthy and right on time at 42 weeks and 4 days. 😳,” Lovewell began in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Aug. 28.

The fitness instructor, Clark, and their infant daughter’s hands were all resting on each other’s in a single black-and-white photo that she posted to her Facebook.

Currently I’m feeling grateful, exhausted, and excited for this new chapter in my life. ❤️,” the new mom added in her caption.

The athlete revealed her first pregnancy in February of that year by sharing a reel on Instagram. In the video, “Getting ready for our next adventure!” is written over Lovewell and Clark’s dropping of two pairs of hiking boots and the addition of one little baby boot.

“And no we’re not getting another cat. Baby human coming Summer 2024. 🥰,” Lovewell captioned her post.

She posted a post on Instagram with the caption: “Bodies are absolutely incredible! It’s been both shocking and beautiful watching mine change over these past few months. I honestly thought I might have more frustration, but luckily most of these changes just make me smile and even laugh.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen the inside of my belly button. I cannot see my pubic bone, no matter how hard I try. Lil baby edamame gets hiccups AT LEAST once a day and I find it hilarious EVERY time.
I have basically no access to my core strength, well what is use to be, and I make sure to roll on my side before I get up from anywhere (to help prevent severe diastasis.) I can communicate with the baby, when they kick me I can press on their little foot and they kick again. 🥹

Lovewell announced her engagement to Clark on Instagram in October. She commented, playfully mentioning that Clark does not have an Instagram account, “We’re making it official! 🥰 #DaveNoIG.”

Three pictures were included in Lovewell’s engagement post, one of which showed the couple taking a selfie together while hiking in a beautiful place and grinning broadly. The fitness expert was flaunting her ring with her hand resting on her fiancé’s chest.

She also posted a picture of Clark kissing her on the head and an amazing overhead photo of trees that were just starting to turn colorful for fall.
