Destiny 2 continues to be a hugely popular game all over the world. People from all over the world still log onto it regularly with their friends and have a blast.
Developer Bungie for their part has worked hard to maintain the players’ interest as well. They regularly release new content to keep the game feeling fresh and exciting. This regularity in new content is one of the advantages of being a live service game.
New Seasonal Armour
Their latest content dump, “Season of the Worthy” is the 10th season of expansions for Destiny 2. It brings with it brand new armours, new weapons, locations and a continuation of its ever-expanding story and characters. You can read all about it here.
One of the most exciting parts of any new season of Destiny 2 is the seasonal armour. In a looter-shooter like Destiny 2, new gear is always welcome, especially for players who are in the endgame.
The name of the seasonal armour set for “Season of the Worthy” is Seventh Seraph. This armour set provides one each for each class of Destiny 2 characters – the Hunter, the Warlock and the Titan.
Stylish Hunter And Warlock Armour
This armour set has a distinctly Russian influence, due to the character Rasputin being a major part of this season’s story. Fans of the Warlock and Hunter classes were quite pleased with the look of Seventh Seraph armour for their classes.
The winter coat of the Warlock class looks especially cool (no pun intended). Some Destiny 2 fans are even going as far as saying that one of the best looking armours that Bungie has ever released for the game. Fans are also heaping praise onto the Hunter class’ armour design. The white arm guard gives the arms a sleek, muscular look that fans seem to be loving.
Ridiculous Titan Armour
Unfortunately, for those players who play the Titan class, things aren’t looking quite as cool. In comparison to the Hunter and Warlock looks, the Titan’s armour seems rather haphazard.
The colors seem inconsistent and fans have especially ridiculed the white helmet. The memes coming out of this whole situation have been hilarious, but Bungie may not be laughing along. Let’s see if they’ll choose to give in to the fans’ outcry and change the design.
Destiny 2 is out now and available to play on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
