ABC has declared that “Dancing with the Stars” will host a night inspired by Taylor Swift, which is an even more delightful development than it sounds. Around 8 p.m. ET on November 21, “A Celebration of Taylor Swift” will air on ABC or be livestreamed on Disney+ in the “DWTS” fashion.
