Furthermore, the first Cooking Mama game released back in 2008. The fifth Cooking Mama series released back in the year 2014. Moreover, the latest series released after 6 years. The Cooking Mama: Cookstar released on 31st March 2020 on Nintendo Switch.
Gameplay
The video games gameplay is similar to the previous installments of the series. Furthermore, a vegetarian mode is added to the game. Also, PETA had criticized the videogame for not having many vegan recipes in the video game.
Therefore, many vegan recipes are added to the game. Furthermore, the players can also share photos of the completed recipes on various social media platforms.

The Legal Issue
The game released on 31st March 2020. The game was removed shortly. Nintendo Switch stores and e-stores stopped selling the game. Furthermore, it acted as a cryptocurrency miner.
Also, 1st Playable Productions responded that the game was refused. This was due to a legal dispute between the IP rights holder Office Create and the game publisher, Planet entertainment.
Planet entertainment terminated their license to use this after which they had started to sell the video game. This was posted the official release of the video game. Therefore, Office Create took legal action against the game publisher, Planet Entertainment.
We are yet to hear more from both the involved parties. However, the game continues to remain unavailable in the market. Also, we don’t know when will the game come back. We will have to wait for the legal issue between both the parted is sorted out.
