Christina Hall officially responded to her husband Josh Hall’s divorce request and made further charges.
On July 15, Josh, 43, filed for divorce owing to “irreconcilable differences” with the Christina on the Coast actress. Christina also filed an ex parte alleging that Josh made suspicious financial movements regarding her Tennessee homes in the days leading up to their breakup.
According to an Interview, Christina owns the farmhouse from Christina in the Country and a downtown Nashville condo. The HGTV personality claims a property manager manages her two rental houses while she’s not using them.
Christina claims Josh asked the manager to convert the rent account for those houses to his personal account the day after she told him she was divorcing, June 7.

According to a source, “Josh requested the property manager’s payment because he handled all of the bills for their rental properties.”
The source claims he co-owns the two properties, but PEOPLE found paperwork showing Christina and her trust bought both. Christina’s petition says both “are entirely my sole and separate property.”
The farmhouse was bought in February 2021, and the apartment in December 2021, two months after their wedding.
The source adds, “Josh has continued to manage their rental properties since separation as that was one of his responsibilities throughout their marriage.”
“Christina has always employed a professional property manager for her separate Tennessee properties,” Christina’s publicist Cassie Zebisch-Schienle said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Those management duties and the expenses related thereto are invoiced monthly and paid from the rental income prior to it being distributed to Christina. All mortgage and expenses in regard to the properties Christina owns have always been handled by her through accounts via autopay. They have never been paid from Josh’s personal Wells Fargo Checking Account that he had prior to the marriage.”
“Rental income from Christina’s properties should have never been misdirected into Josh’s personal checking account. Those funds should be returned and accounted for by Josh as the July payments were made from other funds and if his position were true, those funds are required to pay the August payment.”
