Boruto Chapter 80 Recap
In the previous chater, we saw Kawaki brushes her off and tells Eida how he plans to keep Naruto locked up until he kills Boruto. When Sarada hears this, she is totally devastated, and Mitsuki, who is angry about the whole thing, leaves to go find Boruto.
When Sasuke looks for Sarada, she tells him that Mitsuki has left to kill Boruto. Sasuke seems to be affected by Eida’s powers, and Eida tells Sasuke that Mitsuki’s response is normal.
Sumire reaches out to Sarada, which makes her feel better, and it looks like neither of them is touched by Eida’s powers. Sarada tries to tell Sasuke that Boruto is not the bad guy, but when she fails, she pulls out her Mangekyo Sharingan and tells Sasuke to save Boruto. Sasuke comes to Boruto’s rescue and tells him about the time he met Kawaki, how he became his student, and how he and Kawaki beat Momoshiki together.
