BlackBerry and the University of Windsor together announced that they are teaming up to create a cybersecurity curriculum called BlackBerry Bootcamp. It will be for the University’s Graduate Master’s Program in Applied Computing. Besides, this will be a part of another required network security course.
What All Included In BlackBerry Bootcamp
This will cover a vast range of cybersecurity topics. Some of them in the large list include software engineering, cybercriminal’s latest techniques, threat detection technologies, privacy and identity protection, etc. After all, the course will be a remote learning program. It is to ensure the students can attend the classes from their homes.

The 10-week program will start on May 18. Rob Gordon, the president of University of Windsor told that he pleased with their partnership with BlackBerry. Moreover, this will be an excellent opportunity for students. An opportunity to develop their crucial data science skills. Besides, a special course will increase their market value in a competitive world like this.
Although, this is not the first time the University of Winsor teaming up with tech giants. They did many other innovative partnerships too in the past.
