Black Panther 2 Updates were accidentally revealed by Angela Bassett on a Jimmy Fallon interview. Here’s what she said.
Marvel is entering a whole new phase this year. Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will start with three releases this year. It will end with Thor: Love and Thunder in 2021. However, that does not mean that other movies are not in works. Black Panther two is already in pre-production.

Black Panther 2: Plot Recap And Wakanda’s Status
The first installment of Black Panther ends on a very interesting note. T’Challa opens Wakanda’s borders in a conference at the United Nations. However, we see a little bit of the aftermath of his decision in Avengers: Infinity War.
Thanos’ army and The Black Order attack Wakanda and cause a lot of death and destruction. However, towards the end, Thanos snaps his fingers, leading to T’Challa, Shuri and half of Wakanda turning to dust.
In Avengers: Endgame, we see Shuri, T’challa, Okoye, and other Wakandan warriors fighting alongside the avengers. In the final battle against Thanos, We see the avengers win. However, the last time we see the Black Panther is at Tony Stark’s funeral. Therefore, we do not know what happens in Wakanda before and after the snap.

Angela Bassett Teases Black Panther 2 Spoiler
In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon, Angela Bassett talks about the Black Panther 2. She says that the movie is coming along and is amazing. However, Fallon mentions that she tells him that they are changing the Black Panther suit. Bassett says that she said that in confidence and Fallon tries to brush it off as a joke.
However, it is too late to believe it was a joke. Therefore, Angela Bassett’s slip up reveals that we may see a different version of the Black Panther suit in the movie.
What More Does Marvel Have In Store For Us?
Marvel’s upcoming releases include the highly anticipated Black Widow movie on May 1, 2020. Other releases are The Eternals on November 6, 2020. Doctor Strange will also release May 7, 2021, along with Spiderman 3 on July 16, 2021. Thor: Love And Thunder will come on November 5, 2021.
Between all these movies, there are going to be the highly anticipated Disney+ shows. The Falcon And The Winter Soldier on August 20, 2020, Wandavision on December 20, 2020. Loki will come in Spring 2021, What If?… in Summer 2021 and Hawkeye in Fall 2021.
The highly anticipated Black Panther 2 (hopefully with the dope new suit) will come on May 6, 2022. Therefore, it is a long wait but totally worth it.
