Not long ago, on Thursday, Beyoncé shared the worldwide trailer for Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé, the concert film she is making. The movie is set to come out on December 1. The clip introducing the stage version of the famous singer’s Renaissance World Tour starts with a silhouette of her before showing her performing in front of thousands of people. A voice-over says, “When I close my eyes, I go through different worlds of space and time.” Queen Bey, 42. Beyoncé talks about who she is and the problems she’s had by showing sensitive backstage clips and shots of her on stage. The backstage clips include shots of her with her 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and her husband JAY-Z. “I’ve had to be really tough in this world that is mostly men,” she says. Being a mom and being on this stage at the same time just reminds me of who I am.

The minute-and-a-half-long teaser then cuts to short clips of the Grammy winner’s record-breaking stage show, showing her amazing costumes and routines while her hit song “Break My Soul” plays in the background.

The movie’s official synopsis says that it “highlights the journey of the Renaissance World Tour, from its inception to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri.” This is what the trailer’s caption says.

The singer revealed Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé by putting out the first trailer online after the last stop of her tour in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 1.

Late in October, AMC Theatres Distribution, the movie’s distributor, revealed that the singer-songwriter will have two premiere events to mark the coming out of the movie version of her famous tour. The movie will be shown in theaters around the world for the first time on December 1. The U.S. premiere will be in L.A. on November 25, and the world debut will be in London on November 30.
