In the Bardia Zeinali-directed video, Keoghan is seen getting jailed multiple times after stealing banks and fighting other guys. Carpenter, on the other hand, keeps going back to jail to pick up her boyfriend when he gets out.

The song was produced by Jack Antonoff, the main singer of Bleachers and a regular collaborator of Taylor Swift. Carpenter revealed earlier this week that August 23 will mark the release of her sixth album, Short n Sweet. The second single, “Please Please Please,” was released in April and is the follow-up to the viral hit “Espresso.”
Although they had both walked the carpet at Vanity Fair’s Oscars party in March, posing separately, Carpenter and Keoghan made their red carpet debut as a pair at last month’s Met Gala.
