Hannah Ann is a famous Instagram personality who is a former contestant on “Bachelor.” She has been dating Jake Funk, a running back for the Indianapolis Colts for a while now. On the occasion of his birthday, she posted a bunch of pictures which were captioned, “HBD to the love of my life ♥️ Being able to cheer you on this past year has been so much fun! The former contestant of the Bachelor said “Yes’ ‘ to the proposal.
She even posted a tik tok video where we learned about the location of the proposal. The video also highlights the diamond ring that she was wearing on her hand. As soon as the video of her was posted, fans were quick to react to it; the highlight of the diamond ring brings more elegance to the video.
During the TikTok, Sluss also shows the words “She said yes!” projected on a large rock in the ocean. She captions the TikTok video by saying, “The surprise at the end he had for me,”

Sluss, who is 26, and Funk, 25, started their relationship two years ago. After being in a relationship for two years, the couple got engaged. The Fans of the couple are already happy because of it.
The two initially made their debut as a couple in 2021 after Funk’s football team at the time, the Los Angeles Rams won Super Bowl LVI.
She told Us Weekly in an interview that initially she and Funk wanted to keep their relationship low-key. Funk knew Sluss was on “The Bachelor” and the two of them wanted to keep themselves out of the public eye.
“Back then, everyone watched the show and everything was so blown up, so he knew (about it),” Sluss told the outlet. “But (he) didn’t know (or go into any) detail. Honestly, that was almost three years ago so it’s not anything that’s, like, (relevant) or presents in my life.”
Sluss and Funk were first linked in late 2021 and went public with their romance in February 2022.

“We met a couple of months ago and as soon as we met, we just had an instant connection, and basically [we’ve been] inseparable since day one,” Sluss told Us Weekly at the time. “Just getting to know him and us being together and incorporating our lives together, it’s just been very seamless and easy.”
